How We Work
You place an order
Upload your artwork, specify placement, complexity, fabric type, and preferred turnaround. Our pricing calculator gives you the total upfront — no surprises.
A digitizer is assigned
Your order is automatically assigned to an available digitizer based on workload and turnaround requirement. Senior digitizers handle complex designs.
Digitizing & QC
The digitizer creates your embroidery file. Once complete, a QC reviewer checks stitch density, underlay, path efficiency, and overall quality before delivery.
You receive your file
You're notified when your file is ready. Download it directly from your dashboard in your chosen format(s). Revisions are one click away if needed.
